Disclaimer
This site is not legal advice
This website explains insurance claims in general terms. It is not legal advice about your claim, and insurance law differs from state to state and policy to policy. Talk to a lawyer about your own situation before you act on anything here.
You're a client once we both sign
Calling, emailing, or sending the form does not make you our client. An attorney-client relationship begins only when you and the firm sign a written fee agreement.
Past results
Any description of a past claim is about that claim alone. Results depend on the facts, the policy and the law of each case, and past results don't guarantee or predict a similar result in yours.
What a contingency fee covers
We take claims on a contingency fee: no fee is owed unless money is recovered. Case costs, such as engineer, expert and filing fees, may still be owed whatever the outcome; your fee agreement explains which.
Keep confidential details off this site
Until we've agreed to represent you, please don't send confidential information or documents through this site or by email. We'll tell you how to send them safely.
Who we represent
We represent policyholders only. We are lawyers, not public adjusters. Each lawyer is admitted only in the states listed on their page. The attorney responsible for this site is Royce Ladner, 1312 25th Avenue, Gulfport.
